Our classes are designed for ALL! See below for the comments our real students have said about Movement Improvement T'ai Chi!

Movement Improvement T'ai Chi classes are designed for the needs of the clients, with all special situations and conditions taken into consideration.
These exercises can be performed standing or seated, and are held at your location or ours, at the time of day when it's best for you!   Whether for robust, active seniors, or those more frail and sedentery, those living with Parkinson's Disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc., our programs bring out the best!  Movements are designed and instructed for all levels of ability, and taught at a pace all can follow.  We emphasize moves to loosen the major muscle groups, provide full rotation of the joints, and create balance and stability. And it's fun!
Our Lead Instructors, Cate Morrill and Harvey Meisner,  have extensive experience.   Our students report greater flexibility, balance and confidence.  Generally, blood pressure is reduced, cardio-respiratory capacity increases, and a general feeling of well-being and being in control, is established.  As the student becomes stronger, the intensity of the moves can be increased and continued development takes place.  The group atmosphere of classes provides camaraderie and support, and encourages the practice of the movements between classes.  The goal of these classes is to provide what each individual needs, and to teach "Movement Improvement" techniques which are applied to everyday life.  This program uses moves easily followed and easily applied to real life situations, therefore "practice" becomes an on-going, daily activity.  When students incorporate this knowledge into their own situations, true value is the result.
These programs can be designed for any specific location, for special one-time seminars or ongoing weekly classes.  We want to suit your needs and desires.
