We are happy and honored to study and to be Certified under Master Yun Xiang
Tseng (known to his students by his familiar name of Master Chen).
Master Chen again visited Atlanta for a long weekend workshop in 2009,
and will return in 2010, dates and times to be announced.

Master Yun Xiang Tseng was a child prodigy in China. At the age of six, he was found by his female grandmaster
who recently moved on at the wonderful age of 130. He was brought to the sacred mountain Wu Dang to be trained by
China’s pre-eminent masters in the ancient arts of Chi
Gong and Tai Chi Chuan. Master Tseng Yun Xiang is truly a gift to all who have experienced his teaching. He is fully
accredited by the Chinese government to teach Chi Gong and Tai Chi. He has practiced
the art of healing for over 20 years and is an expert in both the healing arts and many styles of Tai Chi.

Chen comes to Atlanta to share with his students his even more deepened knowledge of Taoist Philosophy, Meditation,
Qi Gong and Tai Chi.

Wudang Qi Gong
Wudang Qi Gong is a very ancient
practice composed of techniques and movements to regulate the body, mind, and breath. The techniques
and movements not only increase range of motion, improve balance and add muscular strength, but they also improve Qi
flow, open the meridian channels and help to develop internal power.

in combination with exercises for the mind. By encouraging better balance, coordination and concentration, mind and body flow

PART 1: This set contains more easy, effective stretching and moving exercises for a beginners workout, but is
indeed quite physical and can be challenging to some with physical issues.

This form requires standing, reaching, bending at the knees, but can be done very gently
for all physical types
